The A4Tech HS-8i is a lightweight 3.5 mm headset that plugs into laptops, phones and game controllers alike, for families who share one headset across several devices.
A4Tech lists the HS-8i for laptops, mobiles, PS4, PS5 and Xbox, thanks to its single 4-pin 3.5 mm plug, so the same headset can move from a child’s online class on the laptop to party chat on the console. Its rotatable boom mic is omni-directional and swings up when not needed, and a volume knob sits on the earcup housing. The 180 cm cable is tangle-free, and soft leather ear pads keep the 40 mm speakers close to the ear. Controls are limited to that volume knob. If you want the same design for a desktop PC without a combo jack, the HU-8 is its USB sibling with a DSP sound chip.
