**Payment Terms:**

All products are available for Cash Pickup, but prior communication is recommended to ensure that the required goods can be made available at the store. Online orders will be delivered after full payment is made online; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We also accept payments through Debit/Credit Cards on our website. **Shipping & Delivery:**

We will ship your products to the shipping address you provide during checkout. While we make every effort to ship your products as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times. **Refund Policy:** A refund is applicable within 7 days if you receive damaged goods, if the goods do not match the product description, or if damage occurs during shipping. We do not accept refunds for change of mind under any circumstances.

**Return Policy:**

A return is applicable within 5 business days if the product is not properly packed, found damaged during shipping, or not received as described on the website. However, please note that changes in the quality or standard of the products by the manufacturer may occur over time, and we are not responsible for such changes. We guarantee that our products are 100% original and box-packed as received and dispatched/delivered.

**Ordering a Product:**

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including if the product is no longer available or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

**Cancellation of Order:**

If an order is cancelled before the shipping process has started, we may refund the full amount of the order. However, if the order has already been sourced from our vendor, a 10% deduction from the product price will apply. Once the order has been shipped to the customer, it is not eligible for cancellation. Change of mind is not accepted under any circumstances.

**Warranty Policy:**

Our warranty policy follows the standard guidelines of manufacturers, importers, distributors, and vendors. The company has limited liability for warranty issues, especially regarding damages in transit, misuse, and power failure. If a product has an international warranty, it means that the seller has no warranty liability in Pakistan. If a laptop requires service, replacement, or repair, the unit must be sent by the customer to the respective region (e.g., US, UAE). The company can assist customers with troubleshooting steps. It is advisable to clarify warranty-related issues before ordering a product to avoid any confusion. Used computer laptops, desktops, and add-ons are not returnable. The checking warranty is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. Please inspect your ordered items upon receipt of the shipment/delivery, as no damage claims will be accepted thereafter.
